European Summer School in Logic, Language, and Information

The European Summer School in Logic, Language and Information (ESSLLI) is an annual event that has been running since 1989. The ESSLLI Summer School provides an interdisciplinary environment in which courses and workshops are held in the fields of logic, linguistics and computer science. Courses (basic, introductory and advanced) and workshops cover a wide variety of topics within three interdisciplinary areas of interest: language and computation, logic and language, and logic and computation. In addition to workshops and courses, there are usually four evening lectures led by distinguished researchers on topics at the forefront of research in logic, language and computing, including from a wider scientific, historical and philosophical perspective. Last year ESSLLI was held in Ljubljana, and this year it will be held in Belgium.
